Mediation

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process. A mediator works with both parties in a dispute, who may or may not have their own attorneys. A mediator’s role is to help the parties move through the dispute, be it divorce or any other matter, resolving the issues in an orderly fashion, rather than inordinately fighting about them. Calm Interventions helps you identify the source of the conflict, and make changes sensibly and humanely, saving you time, money and aggravation.

Facilitation/Coaching

Coaching/ Facilitation is for individuals and organizations who seek to turn a challenging event into an opportunity for growth and change. In situations, where one party has an unfair upper hand Calm Interventions works with the other party in a coaching capacity to develop inner strength and strategies to bring about a more equal and balanced situation. Facilitation is for organizations interested in bringing about more positive ways of communicating internally or externally to their constituency.
